1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jta9 ("jta9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jta9 website located at jta9.app and all associated services, games, wagering products, and features offered thereon.

By creating a jta9 account, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the jta9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as the jta9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of jta9 following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with your use of jta9 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. jta9 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jta9 and participation in any real-money gaming, sports betting, or other wagering activity offered on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing jta9 voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds in your account belong to you personally.

2.1 Age Verification

2.2 Consequences of Underage Access

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. Any deposits made, bonuses credited, and winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited in their entirety. jta9 will not be liable to any underage player for any losses incurred, and jta9 may refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3. Account Registration

All duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection, and any balances held in such accounts may be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other individual to access or operate your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. jta9 will not be responsible for any financial losses, missed wagers, or other consequences arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to security and responsible operation, jta9 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your jta9 account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. jta9 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jta9 accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name
• jta9 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party accounts

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jta9 payments team during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. jta9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified method in the player's own name

4.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

jta9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, abuse of bonus terms, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jta9 may freeze the account and withhold the relevant funds pending investigation. Players will be notified and given an opportunity to respond to any such determination where legally permissible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jta9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cricket season promotions during BPL and IPL, and seasonal campaigns around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a jta9 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as cash. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms, and providing false information to obtain a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, jta9 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn.

5.3 Promotional Changes

jta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. jta9's decision on all matters relating to promotions and bonus eligibility is final and binding.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jta9, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jta9 platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of jta9's systems or software
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised cheating with other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating access by a person under the age of 18
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jta9 staff members
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of jta9's platform content

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by jta9

jta9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, is in breach of these Terms, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. During a suspension period, the player may not access their account, place wagers, or request withdrawals. jta9 will endeavour to notify suspended players by email and to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

7.2 Closure by jta9

jta9 may permanently close a player account where a serious breach of these Terms has been established, including but not limited to: confirmed identity fraud, underage gambling, confirmed bonus abuse, use of automated betting tools, or money laundering activity. In such cases, jta9 may forfeit the entire account balance and is under no obligation to return funds to the player.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your jta9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to use the dedicated responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard, or to contact support to activate a self-exclusion order, which takes effect immediately upon confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jta9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of — or inability to use — the jta9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering activity on the platform
• Loss of data, account information, or game history due to technical failures
• Service interruptions, maintenance periods, or outages affecting access to the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Errors or delays in payment processing by third-party providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
• Actions taken by jta9 in good faith to prevent fraud, underage gambling, or bonus abuse

jta9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jta9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any odds, results, or game outcomes displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jta9's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
